What Next?
- Please contact us by email or telephone to discuss the project you have in mind . An outline price can usually be given verbally at this stage, and a site visit will need to be arranged.
- Following an initial visit and more detailed discussions, sketch design drawings and a fixed-price quotation will be sent to you for further refinement and your approval.
- We will then agree the planning application fee (which will vary depending on anticipated workload) and then complete and submit the planning application to your local authority. A planning fee is also payable to your Local Authority, usually £135.
- The planning process generally takes about 8 weeks, although this can vary depending on the local authority and time of year. Assuming your planning application is approved, we will then finalise and get your approval for the drawings, set an anticipated delivery date and ask you for a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total order value. Upon receipt of your deposit we will commission all Building Regulation calculations and commence manufacture. Delivery and installation will be about 8 to 10 weeks later which usually allows sufficient time for the necessary ground-works and site preparation to be completed.
- One week before the installation of your new building is due, we will ask for a further 55% deposit. Most buildings take one to two weeks to install.
- Upon completion of your new building, and settlement of the final 10% balance, our 10 year Guarantee is issued
